We bought this home with our son so he could live in it with some other guys his age. They are all guys in their 20’s. They all work a variety of jobs and hours from hot air balloon pilot, soccer coach, to US Customs and Border Protection. They are not into late night partying or heavy drinking. They respect each other’s belongings and privacy and occasionally enjoy a game of pool or hanging out by the pool together.

We live nearby in the wine country and raised our children on our 5 acre property. We have strong family values and enjoy spending time together. Our son who lives at this property is a hot air balloon pilot and is close to getting his commercial airplane pilot’s license. Another roommate is away at training so the large house is very quiet.
