A married couple is in the master suite part-time (they live in California part-time). There are three male tenants in their 20’s in the two bedrooms inside and small ADU in back. A washer and dryer are in the house, and the whole house is shared with everyone–family room, living room, dining room, kitchen. Large backyard. Everyone is very friendly and get along great.
