One private bedroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The condo is around 1300 square feet, with a modern kitchen, and wood laminate floors. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a small desk. It has a large closet with shelves. The property has a well-appointed gym with treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weights; a full-size indoor-outdoor lap pool (25-yard), year-round tennis courts, and plenty of parking. It is less than a mile from the beltway and 66, so it is quick and easy to get anywhere in NoVA.

I am a nursing professor and nurse practitioner. My family lives in New York, but I work hybrid-remote in Arlington, VA. I spend many days each month out of town - at least one week a month and many weekends. I work long hours, and I spend several evenings a week swing dancing, so the apartment is often empty. I’m very quiet, I do not smoke, and I drink alcohol occasionally. I have a background in communication and conflict resolution, and I would like a roommate who has similar strong emotional regulation and communication skills.
