Hello everyone! My roommate is moving out of our apartment in mid-December, so I am looking for someone to take over her lease for a carpeted master bedroom (unfurnished) with an adjoined, private bathroom/shower.

• $1400 per month (discounted rate), internet included (utilities end up being an additional ~$60)

• walking distance to 24/7 grocery store (Vons) & a ton of restaurants! (I literally walk everywhere and it’s wonderful) Flexible Move-In Date: Mid-December to Mid-January Option for lease renewal: 8/27/24
