2/2 - 2021 smart home build in SE San Antonio. Next to Braunig Lake. Easy access commute via Hwy 37. The room is furnished, but If you have your own stuff, thats okay. Queen mattress, and box spring, desk, chair, and night stand. Very plain house. Room with full bathroom. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher for use. Hardline internet plug in, secure 1GB fiber optic internet. Quiet, house is ultra cold year round. Clean, and un-cluttered. Common areas stay clean. Utilities included. No pets, I have a service animal. He does not understand other dog behavior, puppy ok. No cats. Retired military works best. 1-3 month avail. Room has to be cleaned and painted before move in. I prefer retired military, or men in mid 50s, that are stable. Thanks.
About the roomies
Male 46, medically retired Army Veteran. This is a Christian-raised home. Nobody is converting you or walking around with a Bible, but would like somebody that is respectful, and proffesional. No active duty. Fair, reduced price for better soldiers. Relax.
