About the room
Highly desired Solon area, 10 walking min to solon schools and Solon downtown. Nice 5 bedroom, 3 .5 bathroom house. Grown up children are leaving in another near town. Partially finished basement. We would like to find a single adult for long term rental of our finished part of the basement. It would include separate bedroom, living room in the basement, and full bathroom, small kitchenet, two built in closets, and some storage space in unfinished area. Bedroom furniture provided, and some furniture in the living room. Parking space in a front of the house for one car.
