James's room

It’s a 3 bedroom house on west side of Denver right by Lakewood. I’m just renting out one bedroom, the third room is just an exercise/office space that rarely gets used. The room is 12’ x 10’. The rest of the house is furnished and there is plenty of storage space.

I’m 32 and bought the house 2 years ago. I will be the only other one living here and I work as a sales arborist Monday to Friday 8-5:30. When I’m not working I’m usually doing something outside, especially skiing in the winter. Let me know if you’d like to check the house out and see if it’d be a good fit.
