Erica's room

The house is 4 bedroom (although in Fort Collins you can only live with 3 total people if unrelated). Rent is $2200, I pay $850 since I WFH and use the spare room as an office, and other roomies pay $700. Utilities are additional and average about $100 per month, but spike once per quarter to about 130 or so when we have a trash bill. We are located in NW Fort Collins near Stodgy Brewing and City Park, on Lyons Street. The house is big and beautiful with 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, and a huge kitchen. There is also a 2 car garage separate from the house for storage.

I am 31, female, graduated with my MBA in sustainability and am a Market Development manager for a Seafood Sustainability non profit. I have lived in FoCo for over 6 years, originally from Upstate NY. I WFH and pay extra rent to have the 4th bedroom as an office space. I also travel quite a bit for work, so I am gone sometimes as well. I have a dog, Nellie, who is a friendly 40lb heeler mix. She loves dogs and people. I love to fly fish, camp, build things, catch live music, work on old mopeds and motorcycles. I’m a big fan of the Buffalo Bills.

Emma the other roomie is a PhD student at CSU in materials sciences. She is quite busy with school, thus not around too much. She likes plants, biking, and baking :)

The vibe of our house is very much “professionals that like to have fun”. We don’t throw big parties, but will occasionally host a BBQ or have neighbors over for dinner. Mostly, this place is quiet and clean. I’ve lived in this house for over 3 years, and we’ve always fostered good friendships and good people in this place.
