4 bedroom townhome style house, 1.5 miles from the beach. There’s a gym, park for kids, dog park, and nature walk just behind the house. It has a screened in back porch. There is not a fenced in backyard but a pretty nice sized backyard. All new carpet was just put in. The rooms are very nice sized. You have your own bathroom. We share the living area and kitchen
