It is actually a 1100 sq ft cottage on cul de sac and we live around the corner if there was ever any problems or one needed anything. Has pool (w/service included) and yard (mowing included), no pets please. 2 bedroom 1 bath, fully furnitured kitchen stocked. Only need your cloths and food. If one was to add a roommate there would be an additional $700 for the additional person. Small safe family neighborhood with a lot of retires as well. This is up to 6 months only,

No one else lives on property totally private, other than owner lives on next street. Going to also list on Furnishfinders.com used for nurses only needing 30 days to six months.
