This house is in a great location, close to everything. The freeway is only a few miles away. It’s a really nice house. You’ll have not only have one private room, but TWO that are clean & ready for you. Set up any way you want them, use one for a media room….art studio….a child… whatever you want. It has a nice yard front and back. All bills, which include Internet, utilities, propane, etc. are split down the middle. It’s a great place to live.

I am living at the house presently. It is a very quiet subdivision. There is a dog who lives here.( He’s a service dog in training.) You will have plenty of privacy and space for yourself . No work from home scenarios please . If you are interested pleas PM me.
