Requirements: Good credit and solid references. Highly responsible, pays rent on time, and is respectful of a shared house environment- keeps common areas clean and tidy and is a great communicator. Must be respectful of house rules.

More about the house: “The Healing House” is a fully furnished gorgeous home on a 1/2 acre lot located next to 405 freeway. The large backyard space is like a mini-park/garden filled with fruit trees (oranges, lemons, grape vines, figs, kumquats, and plantains) Spacious porch that includes an outdoor lounge area with a ping-pong table and darts, bonfire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows. Large arched driveway parks 10 cars.

Inside, there are many beautiful fully furnished common spaces you will have access to including a bar/dining area and indoor lounge space, large peaceful atrium, shared kitchen with breakfast nook and garage converted into a shared laundry area and photo studio that you can use!

You will also have access to your own allocated storage spaces in a separate hall closet and in the garage.

No pets. No smoking in the house.
