First and last months rent upfront Centrally located in the state of CT close to highway access but not too close. Also close to Hartford and Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. Public transportation close by if needed and on street parking if you have a car. The Center of town is close by with public library, hiking trails and shopping. There is an indoor cat on premise. Must be employed full-time with proof of employment. No drugs, partying or overnight guests. Also, Ideal for someone relocating for work. There is no WIFI in the house or television cable you would have to use your phone or hotspot on your phone to access internet. No additional pets allowed there is already a cat living in the house as well and she might not do well with other animals. But I’m not 100% sure about that.

I enjoy a peaceful quiet home. I tend to be a quiet person and prefer that kind of atmosphere. I work for the State of CT in healthcare and love the work I do. I love helping people. I am a devout Catholic striving in discipleship to Christ.
