About the room
The available bedroom is approximately 15x14 with a connecting (and private) bathroom. Very spacious closets, and so much room for activities!
Attached garage, you’ll never need to warm up the car or wipe snow off of it, or have it sweltering inside.
There are three floors… the basement is a small living room with the washer and dryer, and where the garage is attached. The main floor is the family room with a REAL fireplace, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and small outdoor deck ledge. The upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath, and large closets. There is also central air.
The townhouse is fully furnished but the private room will have no furniture . I am moving out and you will be signing a new lease with rent staying at 1600/month for the remainder of the term which ends July 2024.
About the roomies
You will have 1 roommate who rents the other bedroom, he is a 39 year old male. He works full time in Finance. He is chill and minds his own business. He has a pet dog(Corgi), she is very well behaved.
