It’s part of a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen were redone, and a 2 car garage is included as part of the apartment. The road can be busy but the location is good to access stores and restaurants in Clarksburg or Nutter Fort and is a single light away from 50 to go anywhere else. The location has fiber internet, the total rent is $1050, no utilities included.

I’m 30 and a home appliance technician. I don’t go out much and the place isn’t very furnished. Both of these things are because I’ve had a bleeding budget since I got the place after a job change. I’m generally a nerdy guy (I play games, watch anime, listen to audio books while driving, etc.) and work during the day. Excepting my lack of spending money, I am a sociable guy and am easy to get along with. While I haven’t furnished rooms I haven’t used, the kitchen has pots, pans, strainers, dishes, etc. so if you like to cook, I’m happy to accommodate. I don’t do any drugs, and the owner of the building doesn’t allow pets. If we share interest, I’d love to enjoy them with you, so don’t feel like we need to be strangers. Along the same lines, if you prefer space and privacy, I understand completely.
