Sienna's room

this is a 3 bedroom, 2bath home located right off I35, about 10mins from UNT. looking to find someone to rent out the master bedroom suite. id love to find someone i really get along with and can be friends with but am also okay if you want to keep to yourself. :) i work from home so i’m here a lot. im very respectful of privacy and common areas and believe in open communication. i also cook pretty much every night, so there will always be dinner, i just ask that you pitch in for groceries. i like to keep the house pretty picked up but it’s certainly not spotless lol, i just ask that you clean up after yourself and pitch in with keeping things relatively tidy. i’m no neat freak by any means, but i’m also not a slob. otherwise i’m pretty easy going, but i do want to keep noise level relatively low at nighttime since I do have a young child, but her bedroom is on the opposite end of the house. rent includes internet & master suite with your own bathroom, linen closet and walk in closet, room is furnished but can be moved if you’ve got your own. electric & water is $150-$200. very friendly neighborhood, right across from a fire dept and police station so it stays pretty safe for the most part. :) would like to start off with 6months and evaluate how things are going for both of us since i know living with a kid can be too much for some. i’m pretty reasonable and happy to work with you.

i’m a single mom, so it’s just me and my 5yr old daughter, we’ve lived here the past 6 years. we’re pretty chill and friendly:) my sister owns the home but she lives out of state so i usually take care of any maintenance issues. i do have a cat but he keeps to himself mostly.
