My studio unit is available for sublease at University Bay Apartments. It’s large, UNFURNISHED, and on the top floor of the complex—available for move-in as early as near-end of November or on December 1, 2023 and extends to August 14, 2024. The unit comes with garage parking for an additional $159/mo plus Wisconsin sales tax, but parking is prepaid all the way through March, so you’d only have to worry about the final four months. Water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent, and there’s a large laundry room in the building. The complex is on the C bus line and within walking distance to UW campus, UW hospital, and Trader Joe’s. The unit itself is spacious enough to fit a queen bed, a small dinette set, small lounge chairs, end tables, and sofas.
