Unfurnished room available in a spacious, furnished 2-bedroom second-floor apartment with a balcony overlooking a pond with serene wildlife.

The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket, gym, quick food, and a gas station.

The laundry room is in another building that is a part of this complex.

The property is well maintained and I have been satisfied with the property’s maintenance work.

There’s only 1 parking space for the unit, so if we’re roommates and you see our space open, feel free to park there. There is enough space for street parking next to the complex.

The 1,500 rent price includes splitting an internet bill + the property rent 50/50. Gas is already included in the property’s rent. Electricity can vary month to month and be anywhere between 20 to 50 each if we split it on top of the 1,500. I could be potentially slightly flexible on the rent split.
