The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket, gym, quick food, and a gas station.

The laundry room is in another building that is a part of this complex.

The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly.

There’s only 1 parking space for the unit, so if we’re roommates and you see our space open, feel free to park there. There is enough space for street parking next to the complex.

The $1,600 rent price includes splitting an internet bill + electric bill + the apartment rent 50/50. The electric bill is dynamic based on usage so it can fluctuate a bit throughout the year.

Gas and water are already included in the rent.
