Hello,

I will make this short and simple.

1. Currently renting out my LIVING ROOM FOR $710 a month.
2. The current one(1) bedroom apartment lease will end April 13, 2019.
3. The apartment is located near The Outlets of Orange. The main cross streets are Lewis and Lampson in Garden Grove,CA.

Once the lease ends, I want to either do one of the below options.

1. Extend my one(1) bedroom apartment lease and continue to rent out the living room for $710 a month but the person who rents out my living room will also be included in the new lease. / INCLUDES: shared bathroom, kitchen, pool, jacuzzi, onsite gym, two(2) onsite laundry rooms, and parking on the side of the street.

   OR

2. Apply for a two(2) bedroom apartment with the person who rents out my living room and split the rent. The person who rents out my living room will be on the lease. / INCLUDES: shared bathroom, own bedroom, shared kitchen, pool, jacuzzi , onsite gym, two(2) onsite laundry rooms, and parking within the apartment complex. ( price to be determined ).

ABOUT ME: I work full time so the living room will always be private and I keep to myself. I respect people’s time and space. I am very clean and organize. I am 420 friendly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cannot be a cigarette smoker

• Polite

• Respectful

• Clean

• Cannot be a drunk

• Able to follow rules/guidelines
