About the room
Rent includes everything only we will be splitting the electric.
Across the Beach which has lifeguards, bathrooms and BBQ. Great Sunsets, plus a natural bird trail protected by the state. Restaurants, Bars, Gallery and Health Food Store within 3miles walking distance. Bus stop 100 feet away. Bike racks right by the condo. Hospitals both 18 miles away. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping.
This room is the size of a master bedroom in Hawaii. Bathroom is private, occasionally used as it is the guest bathroom. Room has DBL wide closet and dresser. Large Queen Size Bed. Boogie boards, Surfboard, Beach Chair, Beach, for you to use anytime. Pool and Hot Tub open until 10pm. TV in room with internet. College Size fridge in your room. Kitchen newly renovated in Dec. 2022.
The rules are just quiet time at 10pm which is the policy of the condo. Parking is assigned with a decal. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.
Keep your room and bathroom lean and help keep kitchen tidy.
About the roomies
I am an artist and have pet cockatiels who live in my art studio. I am very healthy and never drink or smoke.
