About the room

Rent includes everything, you just pay 1/3 electric I cover $150 of electric each month which is the average cost for 2 persons living here without using the AC. Anything over the $150 is your responsibility so pretty much you are covering the cost of your use of your rooms amenities.

A 3-month lease ONLY FOR Traveling NURSES; otherwise, this is a 6-month lease with a $1300 deposit, a non-refundable cleaning fee $30 and $20 background check. $1300 is refundable 14 days after moving out. The cleaning fee is non-refundable as I have professionally cleaned all bedding between each tenant.

We are across the Beach which has lifeguards, bathrooms and BBQ. Great Sunsets, plus a natural bird trail protected by the state. Restaurants, Bars, Gallery and Health Food Store within 1-3miles walking distance. Bus stop 100 feet away. Bike racks are right by the condo. Hospitals are both 18 miles away.

This room is the size of a master bedroom in Hawaii. Your bathroom is private, occasionally used as it is the guest bathroom. Large windows for natural light and air flow.

Room has DBL wide closet and a dresser. Large Queen Size Bed. Boogie boards, Surfboard, Beach Chair, Beach, for you to use anytime.

You have your own Portable AC for nighttime when it is warmer. Good news as long as you keep your window and bedroom door open during the day the trade winds and this being on the top floor, keeps the whole condo very cool. Pool and Hot Tub plus BBQ open until 9pm. TV in room with internet included. College-size fridge in your room. The main kitchen was newly renovated in December 2022.

The rules are just quiet time at 10 pm, which is the policy of the condo. Parking is assigned with a decal. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. Keep the kitchen and the living room clean and tidy. Keep your own room and bathroom clean since your bathroom is the guest bathroom, but seldom used as very few people come over to my place. Min stay 6 month unless you are a nurse.

I work from home Mondays-Thursdays then I work on site Friday, Saturday and Sunday so for M-F workers, this is a great place to live as the I am working on the weekends.
