They are renting, and you would be the third renter.

You would have a private room, and share a bathroom and common area.

They have it set up pretty cool

There is a Micro Wave, and platform pad for cooking.

I was paying $500.00 for a room for rent over a decade ago

The metrics of the bills make me think I should be renting a room, instead of renting.

My Electric bill alone was $296.00 for AC

Cable and Internet are $200.00,

However

The ALL in Rent for the first 3 months is $300.00

That includes everything, water, electric, AC, Heat, Gas, Hoa, Internet, ect.

One Female Works at Tesla, There are 2 people who have the upstairs as sort of a private apartment.

The set up this way is super cool, you are not living with a Family per se.

I am a Bachelor with a Private deal on the first floor, but I have things blocked off to where you would rarely see me.

You would share the entire second floor with the other 2. Super cool setup really.
