The area has the A train and 1 train just a 5 minute walk away with a coffee shop, local grocery store, a Starbucks, foot locker, chik fil a, and many delis right outside your doorstep. It’s a super trendy location. Lots of bars also a 3-10 min walk away from the apartment.

I am the only Roomate for now and I’m hardly ever home so you’ll mainly have the apartment to yourself. I’m planning on adding an additional Roomate to sublet my room but not anytime soon and I will let you know when that happens. It’s a super cute spacious apartment, 4 floor walk up. You’ll enjoy the space and area a lot.
