Can be unfurnished if preferred. Pool and pickle ball/tennis court on site. Close to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery and shopping.

Professional couple seeking a male or female employed roommate. Both of us work a lot so it is a chill place with plenty of room for privacy. Neighbors are also very nice. Great community.
