I will have a spare bedroom for someone to come live with me and my 5yr old son. I am a single mom who can’t afford to live alone. I work all week during day and stay home on weekends mostly.. I try to keep house cleaned as much as possible. It is hard with a toddler running around. I have a dog who doesn’t like other animals. I have a fenced in backyard. I would like someone who can pay 450 on 1st for rent and 100 on the power bill at end of month. We can either share grocery bill or buy individually. We can work out any details as we talk. I’m looking for a family type person. You can make the room your own.
