Hi there! :) Want a relaxing place by the beautiful beach in Marina Del Rey/Venice? We have an awesome unfurnished Ensuite/ Master Bedroom (private bath, including nice bathtub, and large-sized room + walk-in closet) starting Feb. 1st for 3 months or more. We prefer longer term. No pets, for one person, & non-smokers only, please.

You would be sharing the large apartment with two professionals. One male and one female roommate (non-couple). One is in future/emerging tech+creative and the other is a terrific therapist. We are clean & considerate housemates who don’t bring the party home. Again, *no pets, for one person, and non-smokers only.*😇 If you see this post - it’s available! The room is separated by the living room therefore very quiet and private! This location is 5 minutes to the beach and near buses and- bike/scooter rentals are downstairs via apps. UCLA aquatic center for kayaking, SUP & sailing. 10 minute walk to Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s and First Thursday’s Food trucks, great restaurants, local coffee houses, and epic rooftop wine bars. Enjoy the gorgeous beach bike that goes from Manhattan Beach to Pacific Palisades/Santa Monica.

You would be sharing the large place with a male and a female 28+. We are kind-hearted, relaxed, and clean roommates, (non-couple). I work as an AI consultant & filmmaker from Hawaii and the other roommate is a wonderful therapist who is gone 6-7 days a week at work often 10 hour days. Josh is in the den. He’s a recent UCLA Bruin Master’s grad. We love fitness sports and are active outdoorsy/social people. Aloha!
