3-story house - 2 spacious rooms available on the bottom floor and 1 mid-sized room on the main floor.

The utilities (not included in rent) are gas, water, electricity, and fast internet. Rates may fluctuate based on usage and season ($50-$80 total)

Space comes with full kitchen appliances available with an extra refrigerator in the garage. All kitchen-based utensils are available and communal. Personal utensils are not mandatory.

Kitchen appliances are as follows: - Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Oven - Coffee Maker - Blender - Dishwasher

The house contains 3 full bathrooms (bathtub shower combination) - one bathroom per floor. If you choose the main floor bedroom you will have your own private bathroom.

The bottom floor is a basement with 3 larger bedrooms with a full laundry room (washer and dryer).

The house is fully furnished, except for personal bedrooms, which are to be personally furnished. Extra furniture is available if needed (desks, couches, shelves, etc.).

The front entry is also a front porch, which provides lovely scenery. The back is also equipped with a porch of its own that is fenced in nicely for privacy.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. couples are also welcome.

You will share space with 3 amazing musicians who practice via pianos and a violin, silent hours are negotiable.
