Presently it’s one girl and one guy and we’re looking for one more girl so it will be two girls and one guy. Easy to Harvard, MIT, MGH, Boston, Tufts Medford Campus and Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston and Bunker Hill Community College. Previous roomies have been from all over the world, coming to Boston for further education or work or hospital internship. We’ve had wonderful housemates from so many countries including England, Ireland, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Pakistan, India, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Slovenia, China, Japan, South, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Bhutan, Australia, Ghana, Saudi Arabia and Israel. Namely a beautifully furnished bedroom with queen bed, sheets, blankets, pillows; a bedside cabinet with lamp; bookcases; large dresser; full size desk with lamp and office chair, your own HDTV with Netflix and lots of cable channels, mini-blinds, curtains, area rugs, ceiling fan and window air conditioner in the summer! Plus the rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, wireless wifi, no-charge washing machine and dryer, and professional cleaning of the common area week! The rent also includes toilet paper and in the kitchen, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for the kitchen sink and sponges. It’s a great deal! In addition to the three bedrooms, there’s a kitchen, dining room and living room all nicely furnished. The kitchen has two refrigerators! And you’ll be sharing a refrigerator with just one other person! There’s also a back deck and an enclosed front porch overlooking the beautiful Powder House Park. It’s easy, on-street, permit parking. We’re just a few minutes walk to Tufts University. It’s a about a nine minute walk to the Red Line T in Davis Square for a short ride to Harvard, MIT and Massachusetts General Hospital; a four minute walk to the Green Line T Station in Ball Square; a one minute walk to the bus stop on Broadway for the #89 bus for a twelve minute ride to the Orange Line T at Sullivan Square which will quickly get you to the Financial District at State Street, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown and Tufts New England Medical Center.

This is a nice home and we love living here! After a long day, it feels good to come home to a warm, welcome:) It’s myself and two women. Most recently there was a woman from Georgia who graduated Tufts with her PhD. and a woman from India who was a recent grad and worked at an engineering company. The Tufts graduate moved back to Georgia and the woman from India moved to live with her boyfriend. Right now. it’s me and I’m a property manager; keeping busy and doing good things; gym, restaurants; Wusong Road anyone? :) And the other roommate is a woman from China who received her PhD from Penn State and is now doing a postdoc at MIT. We’re looking for one more female roommate.Because Boston has so many universities and hospitals, we’ve had many internationals from all over the world live here. And without hesitation, everyone loves living here:) While there are many rooms for rent, we offer a truly a beautiful home with lots of amenities and it’s a great place to live:)
