Gas heating (forced air), gas cooking.Unfortunately no pets, no smoking, not furnished. The professor landlord lives right below you, so your concerns will be taken care of right away.

This is an either room-renting or lease-takeover deal; in the former case you’ll be sharing the $2000 apt with one f-identified, mature person with an academic background, who is the current tenant; in the latter case you’re taking over her lease, which ends on 7/31/24, and get your own roommate(s) as the principal tenant. The possibility of lease renewal is up to you and the landlord. ln any case utility is not included in the rent, and the security is one and half a month.
