Starting January 1st, 2024, my wife and I are looking for a roommate to rent for a one year lease our newly-finished spacious basement room located off of North Overland Trail & Double Tree Drive. The house includes a washer and dryer and your own bathroom with shower connected to a community basement living room. Upstairs is a community kitchen with a dishwasher. This location also has great bike paths to downtown and recreational parks. Includes a large backyard with a patio and fire pit that are perfect for relaxing in March – October.

Rent is $800 a month with a split of utilities averaging from $900-950 a month. Our internet speeds are very fast, 500 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speeds.

My wife is an elementary school teacher and I work remotely at home as a motion graphic designer. We love to cook for friends and share fruits and vegetables grown in our backyard. We just adopted a new puppy named Timmi that is a sweetheart and is enrolled in obedience classes – she’s well on her way to being a respectful best bud.
