Private unfurnished room and private bathroom available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on second floor of The Flats at Ten Mile. Room should easily fit up to a queen bed and small dresser.

Located near the corner of Ten Mile and Franklin in west Meridian. Close to I-84, Scheels, Albertsons, Walmart, WinCo, Roaring Springs, and Wahooz.

LEASE Current roommates are moving out as early as July 1. Apartment management does not allow a sublease, so you will join the lease, meaning an application and proof of income are required. There is no deposit other than a pet deposit (documented support animals require no extra rent or deposit).

LIVING SPACE Closet and bathroom are spacious. Bedroom is 11.6 ft by 11 ft with walk-in closet. It is not furnished. The unit has a large kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer in unit. Shared areas are already furnished with living/dining room furniture. Plenty of kitchen cabinet and pantry space for your kitchenwares and food. There is also a balcony patio (I don’t have patio furniture).

RENT Rent is approximately $1,900, depending on utility pricing. This covers rent, water, sewer, trash, internet, and smart home tech. It is split 50/50, minus $80 for my covered parking spot and storage room. (Your half approximately $910.)

UTILITIES Idaho Power is the only utility. Average cost is $70 to $80. This bill is already in my name. It will be split 50/50.

PARKING Covered parking or a garage is available for an extra charge covered by you. (It’s $30 for a covered spot, and I think it’s $175 for a garage.)

AMENITIES There is a clubhouse with an Amazon locker area, a gym, full kitchen and space for gatherings, and plenty of games: pool, table shuffleboard, table tennis, foosball. Outside is a full pool (depth 4 feet), hot tub, and multiple gas grills.

I’m a quiet and private but social and friendly divorced 44-year-old man with no children. I work from home in my bedroom and mostly keep to myself.

I love pets but currently do not have one. Yours are welcome as long as you cover your own pet deposit and rent (documented support animals are not charged).
