Nice spacious room with closet and 2 windows to the side and back yard. The area is quite, neighbors are very nice, our street is nice and clean. The entire property is gated and there are 5 palm trees in the front yard to hang a hammock, and a delicious orange tree in the back yard.

I am a female about to turn 50, I have 3 small dogs, 1 is a puppy and the other 2 are old and require my constant attention I also have a cat that is a scared of the outside, so she is mainly indoors. I work from home and am fairly quite, I have my loud moments though. I see my family almost every night so I am gone for approx. 4 hours a night then i come home. My Dogs need someone who will just be mindful of them and not step on them or kick them. Also, I do give one of the dogs breathing treatments once and awhile because he has heart failure and needs the treatments occasionally and my other older dog has some dementia so she needs to be handled with care as she gets lost and will need to be picked up with a blanket so she doesn’t bit. In any case i will be there to handle all of this and when i am gone i have them in a play pin the front room. During the day they are outside except if its too cold for them (arthritis) but other then that, i have a washer and dryer and everything else you may need to live comfortably. I am a sharer and grew up in the 80’s and 90s where we all took care of each other. I’m looking for someone who can happily tolerate my animals and me. I need a roommate who is kickback and wants to save money so we can both finally get our own homes and not have to rent anymore.
