Furnished room in nice clean shared home available in Farmington Hills. Ideal for single occupancy, corporate rentals or if you’re new to the area we’re happy to have you as well. The room is available 30 days after signing so please plan accordingly.

The house is 3000 sq ft with walkout basement. There’s 4 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces. Everyone has their own bathroom.

The rent includes fast WiFi with dual band router, water, electricity, heat, AC, gas, etc.

Long term stays preferred, though stays less than 1 year are possible because the contract is written as 60 days notice if your job situation changes. Credit check / income verification through service if applicable.

Farmington Hills is 15 minutes to Royal Oak and Birmingham, Berkley, 25 to Midtown and Downtown Detroit, 35 to Ann Arbor, 10 to Nissan Tech Center, Lawrence Tech, 5 minutes to Whole Foods, Best Buy, and some awesome unique ethnic food including Russian, Italian, Thai, Indian, gourmet Chinese and dim-sum. Short commute times to Southfield, Novi, Northville, Plymouth, and all surrounding areas thanks to quick freeway access.

Your roommates are active working professionals.

Steven (34) grew up in a farm town near Grand Rapids. He worked in the past for Geico and Enterprise dealership as a manger, and now works as a maintenance manager for a community organization. He likes playing disc golf, conversation around a campfire, being outside exploring parks or new restaurants.

Luis (30) is an automotive engineer. He was on his university’s race team where they would design and build a car and compete annually. He’s also built some cars from scratch himself. He likes mountain biking, hiking, tennis, soccer, and designing car parts.

Toya (28) is a mechanical engineer with Denso, originally from the DC area. He likes gaming, film photography, camping, hiking, and beach days.

We’re professional and polite and all work weekday hours. Outside of that we like to go out, try new restaurants, and explore. You’re welcome to hang out after work as little or as much as you like. It’s nice to come home after a long day and be able to relax. The deck has a newer BBQ and cool bistro lights, it feels like camping. The basement has a big flat screen TV, fireplace, couch, and a wet bar.
