Bellevue Road

I currently live in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Bellevue TN. You will have your own room and bathroom. In-Unit laundry, A/C, heating, dishwasher, stove/oven, and fridge. 1st floor patio is where my plants all died. There are 2 swimming pools, a fitness center, parking, a dog park, a playground, and an Amazon package locker.

I am a current Research Assistant at the VUMC Medical Center. I have a deaf cat (he is loud sometimes because he can’t hear himself) named Powder who can be easily won over with treats. I take the bus every morning at 7:30 am and I return around 6-7 pm. I prefer minimal house guests with an advance notice, and quiet evenings of Minecraft, watercolors, or doomscrolling. I enjoy a clean apartment, but I understand life happens sometimes. Let’s combat inflation and the rising cost of living by splitting rent!
