Utilities go between the roommates, each one around $60 - $75 (gas, electricity, internet) Rent is $676, and the security deposit is $676 (the security deposit you get back when you leave and ask the new roommate to pay a security deposit for you, because the landlord will never give it to us back unless all the roommates in the apt leave together at the same time)

Hello, I’m moving out to a studio and my room is a small one with a medium closet and a small window. Fits a full-size bed, TV, table with chair, extra mini closet, stand bed, and a lamp. The rented room is unfurnished. Roommates are 2 males (one in his 20s and the other one in his 30s) and a dog that is 90% of the time spend inside of the roommate’s room, and very rarely in the living room.
