4th Avenue

It’s a big room in a converted house in Country Club Park. Nice neighborhood, and a front and a back yard. Lots of light, in house washer/dryer, patio space, big avocado tree. it has its own two car garage. Currently both of the spots are being used, but I personally don’t drive that much, so an arrangement could be made to share mine. We have a big kitchen and a spacious living area. Never had any bugs or rodents.

There are three of us. We’re all very clean and respectful. Mostly keep to ourselves, but we’re all friends here. Two of us are musicians and the third is a cinematographer. We’re all recent graduates.
