Lu's room

My partner Pax and I are looking for someone to replace our roommate in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a complex with a pool, hot tub, gym and underground parking. We love the location, as it’s right between Magnolia Park and Toluca Lake, which are both super walkable. The Move In Date would be Dec 1st!

We are queer and non-binary both working weird hours as freelance creatives with day jobs. We love this apartment and while you’re coming in Mid-lease, we would be looking to resign.

We like to keep common spaces (kitchen, living room and balcony) clean, but work from our room most of the time. We like roommates that we can be friendly with, but we don’t have to be friends, unless you want to be.
