I’m renting a room to a hardworking and/or going to school young individual who’s minding his/her own business and want his/her own space. I offer you one bedroom for 1 person with access to a nice upstairs full bathroom, shared kitchen, shared laundry room in the basement and you’ll have 1 car space in the driveway. It’s a pretty relaxing area with awesome views. The room has 2 windows facing sunrise, so you’ll get to enjoy amazing views and also at night. The atmosphere in the house itself is pretty down to earth, it’s all extremely clean, respectful vibe and cooperative manners, etc. The house has an awesome location with everything very close; Walmart, Jewel, Aldi, Tony’s, Restaurants, Banks, Grocery Stores, Ross, Kohls, etc., in a 4-7 minute range.

The other roommate is pretty chill and goes to school/work all day. Pretty much just comes home to shower, sleep or relax.
