Looking for a roommate. Furnished private master bedroom, and other adjacent bedroom, both with locks, for rent located in Nampa within walking distance to downtown Nampa, with its collection of small shops, Mexican restaurants, pizza, and bars. There is a walk that takes you under the street overpass. One microbrewery with live music is two blocks away using the walkway. Older, but cute and well kept home with 2 bedroom and bathroom, living room, and kitchen on 1st floor. I am the owner, 28 years old asian woman, student, will ocupy the basement, while the two main rooms above with living room will be rented. They are furnished, open, and bright. Very attractively furnished living room with two leather couches and a big screen TV will be for exclusive use for the two upstairs renters. Very well equipped kitchen will be shared by all, so we all will have to try our best to clean after ourselves and arrange cooking times. Renters can use plates and pots and pans, just wash them or put in dishwasher when done. Shared bathroom with another renter. Both renters will share a fridge. You will have some storage in the kitchen as well. Washer and dryer in the basement is available for use. Parking on street. Must be dog friendly, but he will mostly be in basement and backyard with me. Sorry no smoking/vape or pets allowed. First and last with a refundable $300.00 security deposit is required. 6 months minimum stay.

This beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen on main level and a basement with its own bathroom and large bedroom, living room. Laundry is in the basement. A wood stove in basement that keeps whole house cosey and warm in winter. We have a friendly dog. 2 bedrooms upstairs will be for rent and my husband and I with our dog will be living in the basement. I’m a 28 and going to school. My husband is a retired Geologist with a side business. This house is within walking distance to Downtown Nampa. Its also very close to the grocery stores, lakeview park and other shops.
