Lee Oaks Court

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 sq feet condo with a Den. I will be renting the Den so this room would have a shared bathroom. Everything is fairly dated here but i have fixed the place up to be functional. Each room has overhead lighting as well as the living room, kitchen, and hall.

as of now i have a renter for the den, so it would be him and myself living here. my biggest priority is to find a roommate who will NOT keep me up. I get up at 8am mon-sat. I will want quiet hours from 11pm-8am. I also grew up living with an alcoholic and don’t want to go relive that so drinking should be in moderation and fairly limited. past that i am pretty laid back.
