Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Internet, Sewer and Trash are all included. Gas, Water and Electric will be divided between the amount of residents. Is not pet friendly. Room is single occupancy. Date Available: Dec 1st 2023. $650/month rent. $650 security deposit required. Can move in sooner if needed. The lease will be month to month. If we all get along you can stay long term but if we aren’t meshing than we’ll be able to go our separate ways quickly.

Married and we work full time. We have pets of our own that will mostly be on our side of the house but occasionally in the shared common areas. We are fairly quiet and rarely if ever have people over.
