Quiet home, quiet neighborhood, house built 5 years ago, north of Acme near New Hope Church.

I am a 56 year old elementary school teacher. I’m looking for someone who has solid employment and is interested in living in a relatively normal, low-key environment. My current tenant is moving out in December as she is graduating from college. I pretty much keep to myself, but enjoy having another person around to chat with, share chores, and vent to after a rough day. I have two dogs, so don’t want any more pets. I do not smoke, and rarely drink. I attend church regularly and try to live a drama free life. I like the house neat and tidy, but I’m not freakish about it.
