Country Club Drive

The apartment is located in wood ranch Simi valley. It is a nice quite area. It has three nice pools and two updated gyms. The apartment comes with one parking spot however there is a lot of public parking. You would have you own room and your own bathroom right across from your door. The apartment is a modern feel updated appliances has some good natural lighting and high ceilings. The apartment is on the second floor so there is no one above us. The rooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment so there is no wall sharing. Kitchen, washer and dryer included. The rent amount is negotiable as well. Thank you !
