Room for rent in a modern and spacious 2 floor 2bd/2.5 bath Playa Del Rey condo. Room will be available for move in on December 16, can be flexible date. Room for rent includes its own full bathroom, bathtub with jacuzzi jets, shower, sink vanity, two large closets with lots of shelf/hanging space, double-paned soundproofed windows, and blackout dropdown curtain. Recently renovated (renovated 2021) unit. The room will NOT be furnished. The living room, dining room, and kitchen will be fully furnished. The building has a pool and hot tub with pool chairs for laying out, a small gym (treadmill, elliptical, sauna, weights and some machines), a back patio with garden tables/chairs for relaxing outside or reading, a secure mailroom, a guest parking area (covered), and a secure gated garage parking area for tenants only. Free parking included in a shared tandem spot, and free guest parking in the guest lot, or unlimited free parking spots out front (always open). Super rare for LA! The location is walking distance to Playa Del Rey beach and a 3 minute drive to Dockweiler Beach. 10 minute drive to LAX. Pets TBD - no cats (im allergic), for dogs depends on the size/breed of the dog, hypoallergenic pet preferred, one pet max. This is a shoes off household only! I’m in late 20’s, tech professional and is currently working from home. If i’m not working i will be going on adventures, the beach, camping, food trips, and road trips.
