House is located in Shawnee, about a 30 minute drive if you work at Tinker. The house is 3 beds 2 baths, 1300 sq ft. Backyard is fenced in so if you have a dog this will be perfect for you! There’s plenty of space to park off the road, too. The room has a big closet and is right next to the bathroom. There is also a back door right next to the room if you’re a night owl and don’t wanna make noise waking other people up coming in late.

My name is Jess, I just bought this home, and I’m looking for a third roommate! Right now it’s me and my coworker/friend Shaun, we both work at Tinker (Navy), so military folks are preferred, just looking to help someone out who needs a place to live. We’re both pretty chill, we don’t party or do anything crazy, so someone whose 21+, clean, laid back and doesn’t invite hella people over all the time is preferred (but friends are obviously always welcome). My closing date is 15DEC so we will be moving in after that. The room is super cute and I’m charging a flat rate of 700, nothing extra and no bills, I’ll cover the rest.
