I am interested in renting out the master bedroom in my apartment located in a complex called the Grove at Portofino Vineyards. The complex has a gym, pool concierge garbage pick up. The apartment has woodish floors/ carpet in Master bedroom/ granite countertops/ own washer dryer/ dishwasher/ microwave/electric oven/ refridg. etc, and lots of tall cabinets. The bathroom has a tub/ shower lots of counterspace and plenty of cabinet space. a The bathroom other areas in the apartment would be shared.

I am interested in a nice roommate who is respectful, hardworking, neat, honest, and overall a terrific person! I work 2-3 jobs in the health care industry. I don’t drink, smoke or do any drugs and would want the same in a roommate. I had a friend come to visit and I set up my sleeping accommodations in the Livingroom on the sofa and it worked out really well so thought I would try to have a roommate on a more permeant basis!
