Nick's room

Just purchased and moved into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo/townhouse in Botanica, Jupiter (right next to Abacoa). I just moved out here from California a handful of months ago, am in my upper 20s and work a 9-5 job so the house will be empty during the days. All rooms in the property get beautiful natural lighting and the living room has a 75“ tv. You will have access to a beautiful community pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, mailbox, a balcony for the unit and plenty of storage space.

The property is a 1-2 minute walk (practically right behind) a Starbucks & Publix.

Because it is a 3 bedroom I have not yet decided whether I want to rent out 1 of the extra bedrooms or both but am open to provide 2 bedrooms to one person if they are willing to pay a bit extra.

I’m a mid-upper 20s male who likes to consider myself highly educated. I’m not a prude but not a partier either. Very quiet short of playing music from time to time (which I’ll likely only ever play acoustic guitar and sing so it isn’t loud or obnoxious).

I’m very understanding, easy to live with and friendly. I’m also often described as an ‘old-soul’ so if you enjoy philosophy and/or the arts, then that is a plus.

The ideal candidate is somebody relatively similar in age (20s or 30s). Will entertain the idea of a couple moving in but I will likely increase the cost a bit to account for 2 people instead of 1.
