I live in a quiet family neighborhood 15 minutes from post. My home was built in 2016, so all relatively new. Utilities and WiFi included. The room is the first one in the front and the bathroom is right next to it, so you’ll feel like you have a bit of privacy. Furnished with bed, desk and office chair. I used to use it as a guest room when family came to town so everything is in good condition.

I’m a single mom with two kids (ages 2 and 5), two dogs and two cats (all kind, well behaved). I go to school from home and I’m looking for a long term renter who won’t be bothered by all my babies. We won’t intrude on your space and value our own privacy as well. I work hard to keep a clean home, so you’ll have to pick up after yourself. Ideally I would love to rent to someone who’s job keeps them away a lot or spends nights away at a partner’s house regularly, but wants to maintain a space of their own that they can trust is safe, secure and there when they need it.
