Kory's room

Bedroom on a second floor of townhouse in a clean and safe environment. The room is only furnished with a bed and mattress. The potential roomie will have their shared bathroom as well as access to the kitchen with all appliances and utensils. A common living room with access accounts to many streaming services like, Netflix, Hulu, and Prime.

All utilities are included. washer & dryer, and access to a deck.

Your roommates will be myself and another roommate! I work from home most days. I am easy-going and very friendly. I would just ask for tidiness, peace, and a fair considerable amount of quiet.

I would prefer a male roommate, but I am open to all.
