Located in Central Londonderry; approximately 2.5 miles from Magic Mountain, 8 miles from Bromley, 12 miles from Stratton, 16 miles from Okemo, 17 miles from Manchester, Vermont, and a short walk to local stores. House is fully furnished and includes three bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Driveway will accommodate three cars. House is non-smoking, and those with allergies to dogs or cats will appreciate that pets are not allowed.

House has three bedrooms. One is rented by a male working at Okemo, the other is rented by a male working at Stratton. The third bedroom could be yours!
