Jay's room

Located right off Bardstown Rd in Fern Creek; within walking distance of a few stores and fast food places. It is a fairly lowkey area with primarily families living in the complex.

The room is on the smaller side, but does have a pretty good sized closet. The unit has central AC that can struggle a little bit on the hotter summer days. I have an extra tower fan if you’d like to use it. :) The wall shelf and cube shelf in the photos are included with the room if you’d like to use them.

Includes shared kitchen and living room. There are washer/dryer hookups and I do own a washer that you are more than welcome to use. Do keep in mind that currently I hang dry clothes/fabrics. I’d be more than happy to discuss splitting on a dryer at some point if that is something that you would like to have in the unit.

The common areas are fully furnished and you are more than welcome to use the TV and appliances Please do keep in mind that electric and internet utilities will be split between us. I would prefer a roommate who is clean/picks up after themselves, considerate, not super loud and maybe shares similar interests. I would say that I am not a difficult person to get along with or work with, so I can only ask for the same from others.

Hi! I’m Jay. I’m 30 years old, easygoing and I work at a local game store. Currently it is only myself and my cat living in the unit. My previous roommate had the intent of eventually getting her own place and was able to find one recently; so here I am~ To start things off: I’m a bit more on the reserved side, but that doesn’t mean I’m adverse to talking about whatever! My interests are sort of all over the place; I like games, reading, anime, thrifting, piano, decorating, crafts and much more :3
